On September 24, The Local 871 Board of Directors voted to donate $1,000 to the IATSE Walsh/DiTolla/Spivak Foundation which is providing financial assistance to IATSE members (including those in Puerto Rico) affected by the recent hurricanes.
Members of the IATSE are asked to contribute what they can to the Foundation, enabling their sisters and brothers and their families more flexibility to cope with the challenges created by Harvey, Irma & Maria.
Members in the affected areas in need of assistance should contact their Local, who will send the request to the International.
